Ingrid Van Putten gave a keynote on unintended consequences at the ICES Annual Science Conference in Hamburg. In her talk, Ingrid revealed how fisher behaviour can lead to unintended consequences. Also, she discussed how we can tap into human psychology around decision-making to help anticipate unintended consequences.
